In "No Country for Old Men," the Coen Brothers' adaptation of Cormac McCarthy's novel, Javier Bardem, Josh Brolin, and Tommy Lee Jones share top billing. Sheriff Ed Tom Bell is played by Texan Tommy Lee Jones. Much of the movie was shot in Texas. Texas-born Woody Harrelson plays bounty hunter Carson Wells, and Arkansan Tess Harper is Loretta Bell.
